Direct the activities for the delivery of facility management services, operations and maintenance and project management for a portfolio consisting of 700 locations in the United States across three regional markets which includes East (NY and NJ), Central (FL, IL and Mid-Atlantic) and West (CA and NV).

Facilitate the delivery of services with a focus on maintaining budgetary control, adherence to business plan and oversight of the daily management and operations activities associated with this portfolio.

The primary objective of the Retail FM Director's position is to ensure that the client maximizes the value of their assets and achieves the operational and financial goals and objectives by developing, implementing and executing an overall Strategic Plan for each property. This requires the Retail FM Director to have an in-depth understanding of the client's objectives as well as a broad knowledge of real estate, facility operations experience (across all disciplines) and a commitment to strong financial stewardship.

To be successful, the Retail FM Director must develop and maintain a consultative approach, anticipating client needs, thinking strategically and be both proactive and reactive as the situation and circumstances dictate.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $203,456.00 - $239,360.00
