Intralox, a division of Laitram, has a position available for a Program Manager in our Digital Solutions (DS) team, based out of our New Orleans, LA office. This role reports directly to the DS Strategic Collaborations Manager.

The Program Manager will be accountable for the strategic Oracle program of work from multiple business verticals related to order fulfillment work. This person will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including partnering with our business stakeholders in prioritization of work, managing projects directly, and communication of progress and outputs from the team. Success in this role requires a strong mix of leadership, organizational, and project management skills, and an ability to simplify complexities for a range of stakeholders.

This is a pivotal continuous improvement role in our organization to help our company leverage the power of Oracle. The Program Manager is expected to learn and understand our current operations, processes, and future opportunities in order to achieve program success by delivering business value.

Responsibilities:
  • End to end ownership in the implementation and project management of Oracle ERP and/or related application projects from initiation through execution including owning project documentation, communications, milestones, and deliverables
  • Clarify, sequence, and promote strategic vision for the key business initiatives/projects on our DS Roadmapto drive objective and timely decision-making
  • Clearly coordinate multiple streams of work across teams to align to project outcomes and avoid delays
  • Communicate effectively to all upstream and downstream stakeholders, delivering the right information to the right stakeholders at the right time
  • Lead, guide, motivate, and direct the project team(s)
  • Develop strong relationships with critical partners to anticipate, mitigate, and elevate program risks and trade-offs
  • Foresee and address resource constraints and conflicting priorities
  • Continually optimize and scale current processes
  • Identify clear change management protocols for successful releases

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Science
  • 5+ years in Project Management or similar role, preferably in software/technology, using Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority, instilling trust and guiding principles effectively
  • Principled strategic thinking, prioritizing simplification and continuous improvement
  • Outcome-focused with strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in synthesizing information objectively and making real-time decisions
  • Effective organizational skills, prioritizing tasks based on risk and urgency
  • Strong management and leadership capabilities with a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, Smartsheet, and MS Project/Project Management Software

Preferred:
  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
  • Proven knowledge and skillset in Oracle EBS preferred
  • PMP (PMI) certification preferred
  • Experience in OCM and process mapping a plus
