To be successful in this role you will have:
Must have a High Diploma or Equivalent
7+ years minimum of maintenance and repair experience on CNC/Manual machines - ***Prefers 10 + years of maintenance and repair experience on CNC/Manual machines including the following:
Mazak Lathes, Vertical Mills & Integrex Machines
Okuma
Weiler
Monarch Mills
Unisig Deep Hole Drilling
Sunnen Hones
Mori Seiki
Electrical/Electronic knowledge on CNC/Manual machines
Problem Solving Skills
Self-Starter - Able to perform task without direct supervision.
Must be willing to work overtime and alternative hours as business requires.
Role Summary:
Responsible for the preventative maintenance and maintenance repair of all equipment, machines and computer numerical control systems including axis/spindle drive systems
Performs basic editing/programming of CNC and PLC systems
Repairs equipment & machines to manufactures recommendations and instrumentation/process controls in compliance with API and ISO quality specifications and/or safety systems requirements
May be responsible for training other team members and facilitating team activities and any special projects as needed.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all machines and equipment to manufactures recommendations
Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot maintenance repairs and malfunctions
Dismantling and installation of machines and equipment
Preventative Maintenance of all machines & equipment
Ensuring all machines and equipment safety features are compliance with manufacturers and Baker Hughes guidelines & procedures
Training for other team members
Able to perform above task without direct supervision
Coordinating special projects
Desired Characteristics:
Trade school experience with electrical/electronics
Trainings / certifications with the following:
LOTO
Electrical Safety
Arc Flash Certified
Fall Protection
Crane Safety
DOT Hazardous Material Awareness and RECA Hazardous Waste Management
Forklift Certification
Work schedule: Second Shift, Monday - Friday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - Must have flexibility to work overtime during the week, weekends and holidays as needed.
