Job Description:

Duties include leading new product development team with Product Design, Test, Product Quality, Fab/Yield Engineering and Manufacturing to deliver high quality wireless-enabled microcontroller products.

As a product engineer, you will be responsible for new product introduction, quality assurance, supporting test flow development, test procedure optimization, yield enhancement, electrical function failure analysis, quantitative data collection and statistical data analysis.

Requirements/Qualifications:

BSEE + 10 yrs of industry experience (or equivalent)

Expertise in MS Project and other Microsoft applications

Knowledge of new product development flow, ATE test methodologies, data analysis tools

Project management skills

Problem solving and critical thinking skills

Device physics and qualification knowledge

Strong communication, leadership and organization skills

Experience in Microcontroller and RF products

Ability to work with various groups located around the world (Europe, Asia, US)
